Things are rising well my dead lift weights are rising that is. I went to the gym with my wife for a couple hours today, since i didn't make it to the gym yesterday. I was working on dead lifting and squats today. I worked my way up to 2 plates today in clean squats. I haven't had a spotter in a while so i don't work more than two plates, till i feel really comfortable. But dead lifting i don't need a spotter and i can lift as much as i want without worrying. If i lift clean and strong then there should be no problems. I have a goal of 350 lb by the end of the month so I'm thinking its time for chalk and a belt. I'm going to look for one today so ill let you know if i get one today!
